After I turn my car off the driver's side window attempts to go down and then immediately jerks back up. Repeatedly. My car is a convertible and sometimes all the windows will go down part way like it's trying to put the top down. Do I have to take it to the dealer??

Hello,

This could be a short circuit in your Driver Door Module which is allowing this to happen. To make sure though I have included in the diagrams down below the windows wiring diagrams, diagnostic troubleshooting guide, and the window relearn procedures for your vehicle. Please go through these guides and get back to us with what you find out. We can go from there if needed.

Thanks,
Alex

Thank you Alex. My question is, should the ignition switch be turned to a certain position or the vehicle be running when performing the relearn calibration? That was unclear in your instructions. I appreciate the help!

Hello again,

I would have the ignition key in run without the vehicle started.

Thanks,
Alex
