Window will go down completely, but will only come up about 6 in. It appears the motor is working, and the switch is working.

Hello,
It sounds like a faulty window regulator.
The regulator is what attaches the motor to the glass and a faulty one many times will not allow the window to roll up or it will do it very slowly.
On this vehicle the window motor and regulator come as a single unit.
