driver side seat

I have a 1996 Chevy Lumina that has an electric driver side seat. It will track forward but will not track back would that be the motor or would that be the controls

It sounds like it its the controls to me. Look under the seat for anything jammed in the track.

Thank u so much. Didn't see anything in the track. Going to see if I can order a new control. If I can't find one do you think would be ok to buy used from a junkyard
