Driver side lug nut stud snapped off, how to replace and repair it?

Girlfriend got a flat tire. Had AAA come out and the guy snapped off one and stripped out another of her studs. It's the driver side rear wheel. Can you send me the process of how to replace and repair those two studs? I understand they have to be pressed out but I'd like to know what I'm getting myself into before I start tearing it apart. Also, is it acceptable to use a ball joint press to press them out?

Using a press is the preferred way to change these out, but you might be able to get around that. Please check out this video of the job being done on a similar car:

Here are instructions on how to change out the front wheel stud. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.

The picture where it shows them disregarding two o-rings or seals. Do those need to be replaced and if so, what are they called?

They look like wheel hub O ring seals, if they are in good shape I would just leave them, the instructions say to replace them FYI.

Thanks I got the job done. I found some other problems when I was in there, but the studs are fixed. I used a ball joint press that worked great. Thanks for your help.
