Driver side heated seat not working

My wife has the car listed above and the drivers side heated seat lights up but doesn't work. passenger side works fine. any ideas?

Good afternoon,

There is a module and there is a heating element in the seat that controls the operation.

I attached a wiring diagram and some pictures of where the element is located as well as the module.
