Replaced driver side lock does not work

I had the driver side door lock actuator replaced about six months ago. Now I can't use the key-less remote, the key only turns to the right, and can't lock/unlock manually from the inside.

It sounds like the lock actuator when bad/installed incorrectly. Here are diagrams to help you fix the problem. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
