Driver side blend door actuator not working properly

Driver side always blows outside air. Passenger side works perfectly.

Sounds like the actuator is not working.

This procedure is not clear how to replace that actuator part. I have 2015 MKZ hybrid, can you tell my step by step how to get to that part (with better pics) that would be more help full? Thanks.

The procedure is the same for the Hybrid and regular vehicles. I found more diagrams for you. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
