Driver side blend actuator, driver's side A/C blowing hot air?

I am getting mixed information for driver side blend actuator. My A/C is blowing hot only on the driver's side. Please advise if it’s the bottom abo.

Hi,

I suspect you have automatic climate control. If you look at the picture below, it shows the location of the actuator. Pic 2 is the legend for the pic.

According to the manual, number 5 is for the driver's side.
