Driver side actuator location

Hi, my vehicle is having temperature difference in A/C vents. Driver side A/C vent is hot comparing passenger side. After searching internet I hoped the problem was with driver side temperature door actuator and decided to change it.
But I could not find the location of the actuator on the driver side.

Please guide me about the location of driver side actuator and access to it.
