I was able to take a look and remove the actuator which connected to a green wheel which connected to three cams. One of the cams is made off three cams connected. By a couple of plastic dowels. The dowel that connects the cam to the other broke. Been looking to replace dowel or the cams. No one talks about these parts in actuator or blend door conversations. Can you help me?

Hello,

This cm devise is part of the mode door actuator motor itself. In the diagrams down below I have included the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) part numbers for all the actuator motors in your vehicle's Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) system as well as instructions for the removal and installation of the mode door actuator. Please go through these guides and get back to us with what you are able to find out.

Thanks,
Alex
