Driver seat will go forward, backwards but will not tilt down or up. The lumbar works as well. You can get hear something but no moment.

It sounds like the motor has gone bad or the drive gear on the recliner motor. here are instructions on how to fix the problem in the diagram below. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what happens.
