Driver headlight OEM replacement?

I have a headlight finally stopped working and need the OEM info on the bulb and ballast part number and manufacturer, as well as the technical info to be had I can't seem to find online any straight answer? Is there any models i might find in a scrap yard that use the same parts on those vehicles from Nissan/Infiniti?

The bulb is Infinity part number 26297-9B91A for the Xenon bulb You can get the Wagner D2S or D2SEA replacement bulb for about $30.00. The ballast assembly is usually sold only as part of the headlamp assembly which is part 26060-3JA0A and that fits the 14-17 QX60 they don't list the part number because of that. The OE maker was Matsushita.
