Driver door wiring repair, how do I unplug the wires at the wiring harness connector in the door jamb?

I found broken wires in the driver door wiring harness. If I need to remove the kick panel under the dash, how do I do that? I just need to get the wiring harness out of the door, so I have room to repair the broken wires I have found.

Yep, you do need to remove the kick panel and door panel so you can disconnect the wiring from the door and pull it though. This guide will help you test the wiring once you are done, and I have included how to remove the panels in the diagrams below.
