driver door lock switch and alarm

My driver side door lock will not lock or unlock doors from driver side inside. I took the passenger door lock switch inside out and check driver side and it does not work. I did check the driver side door lock switch on passenger side and ig works. The factory alarm does not work on driver and passenger front doors. Bjt orks on back doors

check fuses in pc then have it scanned it may be a central security module problem. a pro will need to do this.
