Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.com. If you tried to lubricate the unit and it still sticks, chances are there is an internal problem and it needs replaced. I watched the video, and see what you're talking about. If you have not tried lubricate it, use something like WD40 and spray it on the moving components. If that does not work, remove and replace it.
Since you already have the door panel off, it just requires removing the clips which hold the linkage to the component. Once they are removed, there are three bolts that hold it to the door. Remove the bolts and is will come out. I have attached an exploded view of the door with the latch assembly. Take a look at it and you will see where the screws are located as well as the linkages. Here is a video on a Toyota of the lock being replaced. Although it is not exactly what you will do, I thought it may be helpful if you actually see the linkages and clips that hold them in place being removed.

Also, here is a link to directions that you may find helpful. It is directly related to the video, but again, it may be helpful.

You will not need to remove the door handle as seen in the aforementioned links. Again, it is a reference for you for removing and replacing the linkages and clips.
I hope this is helpful.
Take care,
Joe
