Driver Door controls don't work

On the driver's side only, the mirror adjust and door lock does not work anymore. Could this be a fuse issue, a broken wire, a loose connector or a bad part? Also, If I repair it myself, how exactly do I get into the door?

Possible broken wire , remove door panel, remove speaker, trace wiring harness in door. Also pull back rubber boot between door and car body look for broken wire. Let me know if this is helpful.
