Hello, I’ve just replaced my front differential and transfer case on my vehicle listed above because of a loud clunk noise from the transfer case and humming noise with metal shaving from front differential. I’m now having a binding noise when I have a hard acceleration rite in front of the transfer case. Took it to a mechanic and he says it’s binding at the transfer case. It only occurs when I accelerate from stop, but if I take off slow, no pop is present. I noticed the oil pan also twists on the driver's side when all of that happens. I was thinking motor mount might be bad. I’ve already changed out the u-joints, but not the drive shaft. I’m also getting vibration in the driveline when accelerating until around 45 MPH then it stops. I’ve replaced the rear yoke with a nickel-plated yoke.

I have seen this problem before, if the transfer case pops under acceleration means the chain is stretched and jumping the internal transfer case chain gears, here is a diagram below to show you what I am talking about. Also, it would help if you could take a video of the noise and unload it here with your response. Replace #10, 12 and #7.

Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
