Vibration in fourth and fifth gear

Started vibrating in fourth and fifth gear at a pull not when clutch pushed in. Had original clutch so I had it changed did not help. Took drive shaft to have balanced, it was fine, changed carrier betting did not help.

I've had faulty coils, plugs, and wires cause issues that feel exactly like a driveline vibration, I mean exactly! And it would only present itself at highway speeds in 4th and 5th gears because that is the point of highest load.
