Around 4,000 RPMs the car will buck and jerk?

Car will crank up and drive beautifully until in every gear at around 4,000 RPMs the car will buck and jerk back and forth until the gas is let go or you switch gears as long as you drive slow in each gear it drives fine only under heavy acceleration and pushing rpms past 4 thousand RPMs will it happen and if you keep on the car just cuts completely off.

It sounds like the fuel pressure sensor is going out, but can I ask if the check engine light is on? If so, we need to run the codes.

The engine can be misfiring as well, or you have low fuel pressure. I would change out the fuel filter which should be done as part of the normal maintenance of your car, this video can help you remove the lines, and I have included the location of the filter in the images below.
