Loose drive belt

Drive belt is loose. But the rivets that the belt goes around one is missing making the belt lose. Have no idea how to fix or what to buy to fix. Need major help!

Do you mean one of the pulleys are missing? That belt should go around water pump, power steering, air conditioner, alternator, crankshaft pulley and tensioner.
