Poor drivability, bogging down/error codes 51, 21 23,24, and 11

Changed fuel filter, wires, plugs, cap, and rotor. Keeps throwing out a code 51.
Over the past month it has thrown out different codes, 21 23,24, 11. I'm stumped. I've owned this car since new. Can you help?

This could be a couple things however; we need to find out more about the issue.

Does this bog down all the time or only at different times? If it bogs down all the time, then we need to check the fuel pressure and investigate the code 51.

This could be a throttle position code issue but unfortunately this code is very general.

Take a look at the info below on this and then let me know what you find with the fuel pressure.
