Front passenger door will not open or unlock

Previously had an issue with my front passenger door and back door (same side) with the door lock actuator unlocking the door. Had both changed, and worked for 2-3 weeks. No for some reason the front passenger does not want to unlock with the remote, unlock button on drivers/passenger side, also the stick does not want to come up. Is there a way to open the door without having to break the panel?


Side note: don't have the original key; there's a remote starter.
