I bought a car used from an individual It had a key fob which works for everything just fine, but they only had an ignition key as a spare. Where can I get a key for the doors and trunk? I know they make them because I have had a Taurus before.

Dealer or locksmith are really the only good options. The 1999 uses the PATS-2 system. With it you need two good keys to be able to program a new key.
Locksmith or dealer should be able to program in the second key so it will work.

Thanks Steve but both of my ignition keys work fine. It is the key to lock and unlock my door and open my trunk. I do not have one just the key fob which will do both I want an actual key for the door.

Sounds like the ignition must have been changed then. Should be one key for all the locks. For that you will still want a locksmith or dealer. Locksmith can cut a key to fit and the dealer could order one from the VIN number.

I would probably opt for the locksmith myself. Take the car to their shop, and you should have a key in a few minutes.
