Can you elaborate a little more on the issue that you are facing?
Does the door operate at all?
Does it make any noise?
A nonoperational door can be due to a faulty motor, module, relays and a few other components.
Have you tried any steps? Like check wiring or relays?
Please provide as many details as you are able to.

I been having this problem with the sliding door not opening or closing and clicking.
