Thank Ken for the diagrams. My problem is that the color on my lock from my 1999 Dutch doors has 4 wires colored black, red, green, and blue (see attached image) and the schematics you sent don't show any of these colors, so I don't know what is what. Can you help me?

That lock does not look factory to me, is there some kind of aftermarket lock system on this vehicle?

Yes, this is the original lock. This lock on the ordinal Dutch doors is physically located on the Upper large window glass portion to the right of the windshield wiper. The set of doors I am replacing the ordinal with have the lock physically located in the license plate holder. The original lock has 4 wires (red, black, green and blue) and the lock on the replacement doors only has 2 wires (green and black). This leads me to believe that the original lock (4 wire one) has more functionality, and I am wanting to use it to be able to maintain all functionality. But in order to do that I need to know what those functions are and also because the way this was mounted in the original upper door, I now need to relocate it into the license plate location, and I need to make the hole larger to fit this original lock. This will help me to be able to keep the same keys for the lock. I have not been able to find a lock wiring diagram which shows a lock with the 4 wires (and colors).

Correct, that is what makes me think that is not original. Check out the wiring diagrams below where I have marked the four wire switch wire colors for the factory unit.
