Door lock remote not working and more?

2006 NISSAN X-TRAIL

The Smart Entrance Control Unit is not working, this device controls: central locking, interior lights, warning chimes, rear window defogger and theft warning.

I have checked fuse no.5 and it appears good/light tester says good.
I have done an ECU reset/also disconnected the battery for 30 minutes.
Nothing seems to help.
