When I bought the truck about three months ago, I had to have a new master switch for the door lock installed due to the driver door lock not working while using key fob as well as button on switch. All other locks (passenger front, both rear doors, and tailgate) worked fine along with all windows. About a month ago all door locks except the driver and tailgate quit working using either the key fob or button. I have tried the lock button on both the master driver switch and passenger switch. I can manually work all the locks fine and they work as they should. All the windows are working properly. There are no random pop ups or downs. What could be the issue?

*Driver door and tailgate lock and work as they should.
*Passenger front and both rear doors do not work using and switch or key fob.

Hello,

I would start by checking the fuses # 24, 20 and f66. Here is a guide to help us get started.

Here are the wiring diagrams for the door locks and the fuse locations to help us see what is going on.

Please run this test and get back to us.

Cheers, Ken

Sorry it took so long. I just checked the fuses and all look good. One looked semi burnt so I replaced it and still nothing. All fuses listed are definitely good now.

It sounds like one of the lock modules has gone bad or the BCM is having a problem. I would have the BCM scanned for codes to see what coming up. It could be one of the lock actuators is shorting out as well. This is a networked system. If you would like to do some checking on your own follow this guide and do a pin to pin on the wiring to see if you have a short in the drivers door harness.

Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
