door lock

when i unlock or open door it makes a grinding, buzzing noise when i hit the switch door will still open or lock, but the noise is irritating.

Typical sound of the gears in the locking system starting to fail. Soon the lock will stop operating. The repair is to replace the actuator, which is part of the door latch. Not a hard repair once you get the door panel off.
