Door only opens from the inside

Front passenger door only opens on inside.

Your issue is the exterior handle is either not connected to the latch or the handle itself is broken. I attached the process on how to replace the exterior handle which will show you how to access the interior components to either connect the rod back to the latch from the handle or replace the handle.
