Door handle swap

Looks like this body style was consistent from 1995-2000 so you should be able to use any handle from one of these. It is not clear what other body styles would work so I would stick with your vehicle in these model years just to be sure.

We don't have a manual on this vehicle as it is not offered here in the USA but here is the process to take the door apart on a similar vehicle.

Lastly here is a guide on how to remove a door handle on a truck but they are all similar so the process will be the same but clearly the bolts are going to be in different placed.
