Doors lock at low speed, but when I want to unlock doors it makes a loud noise in each door but locks stay locked.

If you are hearing a buzzing noise, replace the actuators. The armatures in the lock motors break free and spin without running the gears to move the linkages. Rather poor design by the company that supplied them to Chrysler. 2000 was right in the middle of when they were switching from individual lock motors to motors built into the door latch assemblies. I am not sure which type you have.

They had another problem where the plastic housing holding the linkage slide would break and the slide would twist and bind in one direction but work okay in the other direction.
