No access do replace actuator because door is lock close.

Good morning.
Has anyone tried to manually release it with a slim jim? that is where they go between the window and the door frame from outside the truck to move the rod manually.
The only other way I have accessed the inners of the door is to go in to the passenger side, remove the front seat and remove the door panel to access the release.
When the actuators seize and will not move, it makes it very difficult to gain any access.
Sometimes you can call a lock smith to see if he can at least get it open for you to save all the other work.

Already have the door panel out and seam like the the door does not want to unlock the rod moves but door stay locked.

The one to lock the door moves in the actuator and I can see the thing move inside but will not unlock the latch.

From your description, it sounds like the door latch is what is not working. If the rod moves and you see it move the actuator, the only thing left is the latch.

You may need to go to the latch and manually release it. You may need a screwdriver to move it to open.
