Hi,

This could be the results of a few things. Problems related to the fuel pressure, sensors, a plugged catalytic converter and so on can cause these symptoms.

If it possible for you to let me know what codes were retrieved by the mechanics? That will point me in the right directions. Otherwise, it becomes a guessing game. Also, let me know if fuel pressure was checked.

I will watch for your reply.

Take care,
Joe

B0101 - Toyota = Open In D Squib Circuit = This is a break in the clockspring that is in the steering column. It means there is a break in the airbag section of the wires.

P1310 - Toyota = Igniter Circuit Malfunction No. 3 = This is a problem in the coil driver circuit to cylinder 3. This can be the wiring, the coil or a spark plug. First I would move the coil to a different cylinder, then see if the code moves with the coil. If not you could change the plugs and see if that changes the code or clears it.

Hi sir, according to what you ask me. We went to diagnostic machine show us some codes P1310, B0101. Those are the code. We tried to clean the codes from the machine it has been cleared but the the car still the same. The fuel pressure are new one we put there. We check this car apparently doesn't have the catalytic.

Hi,

Removing the codes won't take care of the problem. What I would suggest is what Steve suggested in the aforementioned post. Switch cylinder 3 coil with one from a different cylinder. Clear the codes (if they are still there) and then drive it to see if the misfire moves to the new cylinder. If it does, the coil is bad. If it isn't, then we need to start checking wiring.

Try this and let us know what you find.

Joe
