Don’t drive this car a lot

I typically drive this car every week to 8 days always for a good 10-12 mile run. Would doing this keep it in good working order with no issues?

Yes. That will keep everything lubricated and moving around. I can't guarantee no issues, because every car will have it's issues eventually, but you're certainly going to be keeping it in good condition by driving it every week or so and keeping up on maintenance like the scheduled oil changes and such.
