Hi when my car is on or in park or in any other gear expect for reverse it says that my car door is open, I checked the doors reset the computer and none of that seems to work, I checked the lights and it still doesn't work do you think maybe it is a transmission problem

I don't think it is a transmission problem. More likely to be a wiring fault, a poor ground circuit maybe.
Check for trouble codes, the Body Contol Module should be related to this.
