I pulled the cylinder head off for resurfacing and didn't think to make sure where the crank was for retiring. I just let the lower chain fall when I took it loose now how can I time it up?

The cam gears both have two marks on each gear. Which mark do I line up with the colored links?

You will actually have to remove the front cover and line up the lower sprocket and the cam gears in a sync.
