Does not want to accelerater from at stop and then will not shift gears

The other day my check engine light came on. So two days went by and I went and got in my car and went to go leave from my stop sign and press the gas and it barely wanted to go then would not shift gears.

This sounds like you have a plugged catalytic converter which is common on this car with that many miles, here is a guide that will help you test for the problem and then get the problem fixed.
