Does not start I swapped out the fuel?

Okay, here goes. I’ve had a number of issues with my truck starting in the recent past. I swapped out the fuel because I wasn’t getting fuel. Didn’t solve the problem. I found out that the wiring harness was bad and changed that out. Now that helped by clearing up some fault codes but still wouldn’t start engine. Fuel is getting to the fuel injection rails. That’s good. But it doesn’t start. ECM is good, fuel pump relay and fuse are good. Battery fully charged. What’s next?

Do you have spark to the plugs? Also, when you say swapped out the fuel, do you mean you drained the fuel and added new fuel? Also, will the engine run on starting fluid? Please go over this video to help us find out which system has failed:

If you don't have spark, I would swap out the crankshaft sensor, also have you run the codes?
