Not shifting

There is no transmission after first gear, can take a very long while before changing to the next gear.

Hello,

This sounds like it could be the transmission input shaft speed sensor or you have a plugged catalytic converter. Lets run the codes to see what is going on there and test the catalytic converter. Here are two guides to help us get started:
