2000 Dodge Viper Various electircal accessories won't work

I rode the car today. After riding for a while the electric windows, HVAC systme, windshield wipers, turn signals stopped working. I checked all the fuses and they are OK. I cleaned the topside battery terminal and problem still exists.

THis sounds like a body control module (BCM) problem. You will need to have that checked with the proper equipment. However, before doing that, did you check for body ground straps that have come disconnected or damaged?

Could it be anything else besides the BCM module or loose ground straps?
