1996 Dodge Viper Manual 30,000 miles

I HAVE A 1996 VIPER RT10. IT SAT IN THE GARAGE FOR A WHILE AND THE BATTERY WENT DOWN. I JUMPED IT AND IT RAN PERFECT. NSEVERAL MONTHS LATER THE BATTERY DRAINED AGAIN AND I JUMPED IT WITH A BATTERY CHARGER. IT WOULD NOT START. THE CHARGER IS DEFECTIVE. I PUT IN A NEW BATTERY AND NOW THE CAR WILL NOT START. IT TURNS OVER, BUT THE STARTER JUST CONTINUES TOO WHINE. IT APPEARS THAT THE CAR IS NOT GETTING GAS TO THE INJECTORS. MY QUESTION IS I THINK THE CHARGER SHORTED SOMETHING OUT OR BLEW A FUSE SOMEWHERE. I'VE CHECKED AND CONSULTED THE MANUAL. WHAT ARE THE LIKELY PROBLEMS THAT ARE PREVENTING IT FROM STARTING. IE IS IT A FUSE, A COMPUTER PROBLEM, ASD RELAY ETC? ANY GUIDNACE WOULD BE APPRECIATED

Lets first determine weather you have spark or not. So what I need you to do is take off a spark plug wire and put a philips screw driver in the end of the plug wire and put it near metal and crank it over and see if there is good spark. If not then we will go on to test the fuel pump relay and such. Get back to me with what you find and we go from there. Thanks and have a great day.
