2006 Dodge Van Re: Blower Motor Resistor location (front)?

Our heater/air conditioner fan works on HIGH only. We need to replace the 'blower motor resistor' part #4885583AC and I would like to know the location of this part. I assume it is in back of the glove box, is that correct?

I understand, but this is all located in back of the glove box after dropping it down so you can see in the back, is that correct? You do not access it from the floor area or in back of the front console, no?
