2005 Dodge Van idles rough

I have a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan that had sat in the drive way for a few days undriven. I changed the break line and spark plugs, now it is idling rough when in drive.

If you only replaced the plugs, I have two theories. Either you bumped a vacuum hose and it came off or damaged, or you have damaged one of the old plug wires and it is causing the problem. Double check for those things and let me know what you find.
