Air Conditioning problem
2003 Dodge Van V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I got a belt for my a/c on my van. The thing blows smoke and the a/c clutch will not turn with the a/c on or off. The compressor seams stuck. I am trying to fix the problem. What would be the problem?

The compressor is locked-up-it needs replacing
