I only have high speed on the blower motor. Replaced resister and no joy. Haynes manual is worthless for this problem. Is there a relay for this or just the rotary switch? Any suggestions? Thanks, Don C

Hi:
What you described sounds like the resister. I checked the manual and can't find a blower relay under any section, so I will say there isn't one. Are you sure you got a good resister? Have you checked for power to the resister on low or medium fan settings? If there is no power, then look at the switch. If there is, try another resister.

I WOULDNT JUMP THE GUN ON THIS, YEAH ITS SO EASY TO SAY ITS THE BLOWER RESISTOR, BUT THEY DO HAVE ELECTRONIC CONTROL HEATING ALSO, IF IT IS, I WOULD SAY YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE THAT IS OK, HAD ISSUE WITH THAT HAVC CONTROLER. IM NOT SURE IF YOU HAVE THAT, YOU DIDNT SAY IF IT WAS ELECTRONIC, AND IF THE BLOWER RESISTOR IS BAD, YOU ALSO NEED TO REPLACE THE BLOWER MOTOR ALSO, CAUSE IF YOU DONT YOU WILL STILL HAVE THE SAME ISSUE NOW. THATS WHAT WE HAD TO DO IN THE CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP. HAVE FUN.
