The Blower motor on my van works sometimes and sometimes doesn't. I replaced the blower motor, and 2 days later when the van was started, it did not work right away. About 10 seconds later it came on. Now after about a month, it has once again stopped working completely.

The next time it doesn't work, you need to use a test light that detects both power and ground and find out which one is missing at the motor and that will tell us where to look.
