1999 Dodge Van loss power to blower switch on heating and a

I have no power to the blower switch. I have checked all leads and replaced the resistor. When the blower fan is isolated and powered, it runs fine. I need to know where to look for either a blown fuse or blown fusible link.

Is there voltage on dark blue wire at motor? if not HVAC ignition relay in power distribution center not engageing.
