I'm experiencing a problem when my van engine is cold, for example in the morning after sitting overnight. After backing up and turning hard out of my driveway, the acceleration into second gear is hesitating. It's not jerking, but it seems reluctant to shift into second. As the engine warms up, or if I am accelerating without turning, for example at a stop light, it's not having this problem. Additionally, changes into other gears seem fine. I have had much work done on the van in the past year, including service to the ignition, catalytic converter, air pump, and recently the rear differential. I also have recently installed a new air filter. But am I now seeing the early signs of a transmission problem? Thanks
