1996 Dodge Van o2 sensor

my obd 2 autoscanner reads p0132 02 sensor circuit high volts[bank 1 sensor 1] in the haynes manual p0132 says left upstream 02s shorted to voltage. I just wanted to know where this sensor is located?

Ok bank 1 sensor 1 is the sensor that is before the cat on the same side that has number one cylinder. So on a dodge that is O2 sensor that is before the cat on the left side or drivers side.

One more note; there is a glitch in some scanners that confuses the left and right bank O2 sensors. Can't remember which vehicles, engines, or scanners that applies to. To be safe, don't destroy the old sensor. If the same code comes back, put it in the right side.
