1996 Dodge Van coolant in engine oil

have coolant in the oil; milkshake, pressurised cooling system, can hear it escaping, have 140-145 lbs compression in all 8 cylinders. considering; intake gasket,timing cover told they rot out NOT sure where to begin

perform a compression test to see if its headgasket related or intake manifold gasket related.

I already did that and it is 140-145 all cylinders

you have no moisture anywhere that you can see a visible leak? i would start with intake manifold gasket. less of a bear to replace then the timing cover gasket.
